Please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth stay: Parking Fee: A mandatory $50 per car per stay parking fee is collected by the HOA upon arrival. This fee is not controlled by the host. Beach Equipment: Beach chairs and other equipment are available for rent daily or hourly from Alabama Beach Chairs, located nearby. Supplies Not Provided: Please be aware that condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided in the condo. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for weather-related events, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
